Garrett Smith, Principal & Founder

While the Director of CX Design at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Garrett Smith, was at the center of a consulting hub for over 30 unique CX teams - helping to uplift CX programs across the USA through collaborative design and strategy development.

Garrett founded HARQ in 2020 with a mission in mind to bring cross-functional teams together to co-create excellent customer experiences. Garrett thinks that if we actively listen to each other, if we make time to think out loud, and if we are inspired to creatively collaborate - then great things will happen!
